FAQs

How can a school raise a concern or complaint about an inspection?

ISI strives to ensure the highest standards in inspection and reporting. However, we recognise that on occasion a school or individual may wish to raise a complaint or express a concern and we take all such communications seriously.

If you have a concern about an inspection, please contact us on 020 7600 0100 or concerns@isi.net. Where possible, we endeavour to achieve a straightforward resolution. Details of making a formal complaint about an inspection can be found in the ISI Complaints Procedure.
