Please complete and submit the following online form if you would like to raise a concern.

If you have serious concerns about a child’s safety or wellbeing you should contact your local children’s services team and/or the Designated Safeguarding Lead at the school. If you believe that a crime may have been committed, please contact the police.

All concerns received by ISI are logged and passed to the Department for Education. They are also shared with inspectors at the time of the school’s next inspection.

Concerns are considered by the Department for Education, who may ask ISI to undertake an additional inspection or bring forward the school’s next scheduled inspection.

ISI cannot investigate an individual concern, but as a minimum, all concerns will be logged and shared with the Reporting Inspector before the next inspection of the school.
