What is an ISI inspector?

The ISI relies on its exceptional inspectors, who are specially selected, trained and fully supported, to carry out inspections on its behalf. The Training Department of ISI recruits inspectors for a variety of specialist areas and roles.

ISI inspectors must successfully complete initial training, where they are assessed for their suitability to inspect schools, and then attend regular ongoing training and development to ensure they are kept up to date with inspection and regulatory changes.
