Will ISI be publishing a commentary on regulatory requirements?

ISI is moving away from publishing the Commentary in its current form and will not update it. We are instead making comprehensive inspection documentation, FAQs and other inspection-related material available to schools through the ISI website.

We believe this approach aligns with the Independent School Standards, which require those with leadership responsibility to have the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure that the Standards are met consistently. We believe that leaders working in the sector should read and understand primary documentation.
