There is no requirement for school leaders to present self-evaluation and school planning information in a prescribed format.
Inspectors will review the information that leaders and staff use in their chosen format, as part of the school's ongoing internal assurance processes.
Regulatory audit
During the pre-inspection call, the reporting inspector will request that the school upload details of training, health and safety checks, and provision of information to the inspection virtual team room.
The following template can be used by schools to keep and update records:

There is no preferred method for schools to record the required information.
