Formal complaint
Please complete and submit the following online form if you would like to make a formal complaint about ISI's work.
As outlined in our Complaints Policy, complaints should be raised with us informally in the first instance, before making a formal complaint.
For schools - If your concern relates to an inspection and you feel that your concern is still unresolved after you have received the final inspection report, you can submit a formal complaint. You must submit this form within 10 working days of receiving the final inspection report.
When you make a formal complaint, please provide as much information as possible. Reasonable adjustments can be made if this form cannot be accessed. Please contact us.
