Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 gross p.a.

Location: ISI’s London office (ISI employees currently work to a hybrid model with working three days in the office and two days from home with some flexibility required). 

Annual leave: 25 days annual leave, in addition to public holidays and 3 extra days for Christmas closure.

About Us

ISI is an independent inspectorate, appointed by the Department for Education to inspect association independent schools in England. Our inspection reports inform the Department for Education on the extent to which the statutory Independent School Standards are met. We are also approved by the Department for Education to inspect British schools overseas and by the Home Office to inspect private further education colleges and language schools.

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join ISI on a fixed term contract. The Recruitment Administrator will support the Inspection Workforce Manager and HR team in co-ordinating the recruitment cycle for volunteer and contracted inspectors from start to finish. The post holder will also work closely with the Inspection Quality team.

Suitable applicants should have experience in recruitment compliance in the education sector, knowledge and understanding of safer recruitment practises as set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education, strong communication and organisational skills, excellent IT skills, have the ability to work in a busy environment and enjoy multitasking.
